Ashley was born and raised in Houston, TX. She moved to Dallas in August 2007 to study emerging media and communication at the University of Texas at Dallas. While at UTD, she studied with distinguished professors and eventually, became president of her sorority, Delta Delta Delta. Ashley was involved in other personal activities including, ultimate frisbee and community service.

Her expected graduation date is May 2011.

Her passion for new media and psychology have focused her to pursue a career in advertising, public relations, coporate communications or a smiliar field. She is looking foward to a hands-on experience internship in the summer.

She also has an adopted minature-pinscher named, Roxie Bella.
